TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
1. SCOPE OF WARRANTY

1.1. All customers using KawaEco air conditioners distributed by KawaEco Vietnam directly or indirectly.
1.2. Products KawaEco air conditioners do not exceed 24 months from the date of manufacture.
2. TERM OF WARRANTY – IN GENERAL
2.1. The product warranty period is 12 months from the date of installation of the product, the installation date is referenced on the product’s warranty activation date.
2.2. If there is no information on the date of installation of the product, the product warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase invoice.
2.3 If there is no information on the product’s installation date and the date of the purchase invoice, the product warranty period is 12 months from the delivery date of KawaEco Vietnam
3. WARRANTY – COMPRESSION
3.1. The original sealed compressor available in VRV, Packaged, Sky Air, Room Air, Multi air conditioners will be warranted for five (5) years from the date of the warranty period of Article 2.
4. DOES NOT BELOW THE SCOPE OF WARRANTY
Warranty will not be valid if one of the conditions below.
4.1. Product warranty expires
4.2. Defects or damages are due to the use of any parts other than KawaEco genuine parts
4.3. Defects or damages are due to modification or modification of the product in the original design or function of KawaEco products without the confirmation of the Manufacturer.
4.4. Defects or damages are caused by accidents, floods, fires, natural disasters or insects, insects, reptiles or foreign objects entering the product.
4.5. Defects or damages are caused by products being installed, maintained or used that do not comply with KawaEco’s instruction manual.
4.6. Defects or damages are caused by the product being used at the wrong voltage, or the power source used for the product has increased or decreased, or there have been other problems in the power supply.
4.7. The product was repaired or replaced not by a customer service center technician or an authorized KawaEco service agent.
4.8. Products are imported from abroad and not distributed by KawaEco Vietnam
